Open to outside customers too, our typical restaurant offers a wide range of recipes inspired by the Regional food tradition. All ingredients are locally sourced from surrounding homegrown producers and served with excellent local wine labels: from our famous tuscan croutons to "ribollita" (soup made with beans, red cabbage and bread) and world famous Florentine T-bone steak.
The Chef brigade freshly prepares our signature dishes using only local products of farms, livestocks and wine growers located within few miles of the Hotel.
The "Il Grano d'Oro" Restaurant is open Mondays to Saturdays and boasts a spectacular location for romantic evening dining, morning breakfasts and working luncheons.
